Chris Arrom, M.S., is the Associate Director of Digital Strategy at Digitas North America, where they lead the retail media network division and oversee the development of advertising strategies for major brands, including Sephora. Chris began their career in traditional marketing at Correa Law, later pursuing a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to deepen their understanding of consumer behavior. They have extensive experience in media planning and strategy, having worked with notable companies like Mindshare and Razorfish, where they managed multimillion-dollar digital media projects. Outside of work, Chris enjoys outdoor activities, is a chess enthusiast, and appreciates the works of authors such as Dylan, Nolan, and Gladwell.
