Heather Devaney

Heather Devaney is an experienced design professional with a robust background in user experience and experience design. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Experience Design at Digitas North America since May 2012, Heather has led multidisciplinary teams in designing exceptional experiences for prominent brands such as Whirlpool, Maytag, and Goodyear. Prior roles include Senior User Experience Architect at Sears Holdings Corporation, where Heather contributed to the integrated retail experience initiative, and User Experience Designer at The Royal Bank of Scotland, managing redesigns for trade platforms. Heather's educational background includes a Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BA in Visual Communications Design from Purdue University, supplemented by coursework in human factors.
