John Long is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Creative at Digitas North America since March 2023, John also judges for The Webby Awards, being an associate member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences since September 2018. Prior to this, John held leadership positions at various prominent companies, including Executive Creative Director at HS Ad North America, where brand and advertising creative for LG's North American headquarters was led, and Global Head of Creative, Brand & Marketing at The Economist, where the in-house agency was established. John has also made significant contributions at Ogilvy, Code and Theory, and Huge. A graduate of UCLA with a Master of Arts and Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Music, John has received awards and recognition throughout a storied career characterized by innovative and impactful work.
