Linh Tran

Linh Tran currently serves as the Associate Director of Content Strategy at Digitas North America since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of UX Content Strategy at NerdWallet, leading a team responsible for maintaining consistent voice and brand guidelines. Linh held the position of Senior Manager for Customer Education and Content Strategy at Quickbase, managing both Customer Education and UX Content teams for a significant product line, alongside serving as User Experience Manager, where mentorship and strategic implementation for scrum teams were key responsibilities. Previous positions include Editorial Director at the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security, where user-centric content strategy was developed for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Senior Managing Editor at The Pohly Company, and Copy Chief at The Improper Bostonian. Linh Tran holds a Ph.D. in English from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
