Jillianne Porter

Jillianne Porter is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in operational management and client relations. Currently at Digitech since November 2014, Jillianne has overseen client onboarding, terminations, and process improvements. Prior roles include Project Manager positions at R1 RCM and Intermedix, where significant contributions were made to operational excellence and team development. Jillianne also has temporary experience with Rockbridge in operations support and has held leadership roles at KB Synergy and ETB Inc., focusing on client management and organizational structure. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Affairs from California State University, Northridge, and a Google Project Management Professional Certificate obtained through Coursera.
