Nick Ferro

Nick Ferro is a seasoned project manager and emergency medical professional with extensive experience in emergency services and management. Currently serving as Project Manager at Digitech since February 2021, Nick collaborates with the Philadelphia Fire Department to enhance EMS documentation and improve software features for EMTs and Paramedics. Previous roles include Emergency Planning Specialist for the DC Government during the COVID-19 pandemic, where Nick coordinated support for disaster management, and EMS Liaison for R1 at DC Fire & EMS, providing valuable insights on ePCR data usage. Nick's background also includes instructional roles in emergency medical courses, operational leadership in ambulance services, and advanced education, culminating in a Master’s degree in Global Governance and multiple degrees focused on public safety and emergency services.
