Mathew John

Mathew John serves as the Head of Recruitment at Digitide since April 2025. Prior to this role, Mathew worked at Conneqt Digital from September 2021 to April 2025 as a Workforce Management Specialist, where the focus was on enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiencies. Mathew's extensive recruitment experience includes positions at Wipro Limited from July 2008 to October 2021 as a Recruitment Specialist, managing a $16 million revenue account for SHELL's Captive Centre, and overseeing manpower planning. Earlier roles included Senior Recruiter at First Indian Corporation Private Limited and Recruiter at Real Soft Inc. Mathew holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Bharathidasan University, completed in September 2009.
