Arnstein R. is an experienced professional in sales, marketing, and management with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a GX instructor at SATS since August 2022, Arnstein has also held various significant roles at Digitroll AS since October 2015, including Key Account Manager and CEO. Previously, Arnstein was the CEO of acoach academy as, focusing on communication and collaboration training. Arnstein has extensive experience in sales management from roles at Dale of Norway and TINE BA, alongside leadership positions at Spis Norge. Additionally, Arnstein's earlier career includes sales consultancy at SC Johnson and Trøndermat A/L Levanger. A former professional cyclist, Arnstein represented the Norwegian national team from 1983 to 1988, including participation in the 1984 Olympic Games. Educational credentials include a degree in Leadership from NKS Business School and sales leadership training from Mercuri International.
