Mike Andrusko

Mike Andrusko, CPA, MAcct, joined Centri Business Consulting, LLC in September 2016, where they serve as a Partner and lead the Digital Assets practice. They have extensive experience assisting clients across various industries, specializing in SEC filings and complex transaction accounting. Prior to their current role, they worked at PwC as an Audit Senior Associate and held various positions in accounting and finance, including internships and managerial roles. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master's in Accounting from the University of Vermont. Additionally, they contribute to the field as an Advisory Board Member at Digits and serve on the Bitwave Partner Advisory Council.
