Kamel Oumnia

Kamel Oumnia is a legal expert with extensive experience in data protection and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Senior Legal Adviser at IncubMe and Senior Legal Advisor at Digitsole, Kamel specializes in Personal Data Protection Legislation, including GDPR and Canadian laws. In addition to these positions, Kamel is a Board Advisor for a private company, focusing on business financing, design thinking, entrepreneurship, and data privacy legislation, both general and specific to Algeria. With a law practice dating back to 1989 and previous roles as Co-Founder and General Manager for Baliston International and Corporate Legal Counsel at Radio Chaine 3, Kamel also has experience in academia as a former Professor of Law at Algiers University. Kamel holds a Master's degree in Criminology and a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from Algiers University.
