Timur Civan has extensive experience in customer relations and team leadership within the telecommunications sector. From 2004 to 2009, Civan worked at Turkcell Global Bilgi as a Team Leader and Process Specialist, managing teams of up to 30 customer representatives and overseeing corporate customer process management. Later, Civan held positions at Digiturk in late 2024, including Marketing Unit Manager and Customer Relations Manager. From April 2011 to March 2014, Civan served as a Supervisor at CALLUS BİLGİ İLETİŞİM HİZ. A.Ş., where responsibilities included managing large teams in inbound call operations, focusing on performance and corporate customer management. Civan holds an MBA in Marketing from Bahçeşehir University along with degrees in Social Sciences and Banking & Econometrics from Istanbul University and Dokuz Eylul University, and in Business Administration from Anadolu University.
