Khalid AlHadlaq has over 8 years of work experience, starting with their role as Co-Founder & CEO of Xceed Ventures in 2012. In 2014, they became Executive Member of The Saudi-Canadian Business Council at the Council of Saudi Chambers and Executive General Manager for Enterprise & Government Sales at Mobily. In 2016, they were Creative Solutions Director at SADAD Payments System - Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority. In 2018, they became Vice President, Innovation Hub at SAUDI PAYMENTS and Advisor at Digitzs. In 2019, they were Growth and Technology Advisor at QiDZ and in 2020 they were Governor's Advisor and Vice Governor for Strategy & Technology - Saudi Customs Authority at Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, as well as Growth and Technology Advisor at haus.me. Currently, they are Minister's Advisor at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

Khalid AlHadlaq has a diverse educational background. From 1997 to 2001, they attended King Saud University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences. In 2017, they completed Harvard Business School's General Management Program, which focused on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they have completed courses at VC Unlocked.
