Melissa Shepherd is a Server Systems Engineer at ERC - Engineering, Research and Consulting, Inc., since October 2015, with expertise in IT solutions design and operations in a DoD advanced technologies research lab, including acting as the Linux technical lead and supporting users in a mixed Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment.
