Digiwest is a managed service provider (MSP) offering IT outsourcing, consultation, cyber security, and technology solutions to small and medium enterprises. Oregon based and organically grown, our staff is friendly, competent, and transparent.

Our goals are high responsiveness, high availability, and low stress when it comes to IT. No confusing cost structures or hidden fees. No upselling or foreign call centers. Just engineers and technicians, hailing from the Pacific Northwest down to Florida, working to keep your business running.

Our signature service model is known as “managed IT.” In this model, we function as your outsourced IT department, which includes ongoing maintenance and monitoring of your systems, proactive security oversight, incident response, lifecycle planning, vendor management, procurement, and strategy. These services are priced into an all-inclusive support plan.

Managed IT is our specialty, but not our only working model. Our clients have diverse needs, with some requiring ad hoc projects or consultation, and others needing augmentation for their existing staff. We embrace the unique challenges posed by each client. We don’t force solutions that aren’t needed, or tear down infrastructure that’s working.

We got our start in the AEC vertical more than a decade ago, and that institutional knowledge remains the cornerstone of our business. In addition to some of the finest engineering and architectural firms based in the Portland metro, our clientele includes hospitality, restaurants, business support services, light manufacturing, and more. As our clients have succeeded and grown, so have we, allowing Digiwest to go coast-to-coast.
