Bert ter Maat

Bert ter Maat has extensive experience in planning and management roles within the healthcare sector. Starting as a Zorgcoördinator at Stichting de Rozelaar from June 2009 to March 2011, Bert then advanced to Teamleider until November 2015, overseeing multiple teams and participating in organization-wide projects. Subsequent positions include project leader and interim assignments at various organizations, such as ZuidOostZorg, Patyna, and Zozijn, focusing on capacity management and the implementation of planning systems. In a strategic capacity, Bert worked as a strategic planner and expert planner at 's Heeren Loo Zorggroep. Bert is currently serving as a Specialist in Workforce Management at Déhora Consultancy Group, with forthcoming advisory roles at Treant and Triade Vitree. Education includes a Post HBO Management degree from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede.
