Rik van Weering is currently the team leader of the paramedical treatment service at Dignis, a position held since 2025. They have a long-standing background in physiotherapy, having earned a degree from Hanze in 2000 and a professional master's degree in manual therapy from SOMT University of Physiotherapy in 2008. Rik has also owned and operated Personal Fysio Fit Van Weering since 2000, alongside their role as a manual therapist at Mea Fysio from 2023 to 2025. Additionally, they completed training in dry needling between 2016 and 2018. Prior to these roles, Rik was part of the management team at SOMT from 2005 to 2008.
