Sofie Rahm

Sofie Rahm is an experienced professional in data protection and customer success, currently serving as the Data Protection Officer at Digpro since March 2015, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations. Prior roles at Digpro include Manager of Customer Success, where Sofie led strategic projects to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes, and Section Manager overseeing the Service Desk and GIS departments, focusing on internal process development and budget management. Additionally, Sofie has experience as a GIS consultant and project leader, working closely with clients to implement and optimize geographic information usage. Before joining Digpro, Sofie worked as a GIS consultant at NIRAS Sweden AB, where tasks involved building geodatabases and developing data management methods. Sofie holds a Master's degree in Geodesy from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completed in 2013.
