Colleen Frank, MBA, PMP, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Digs since September 2025. Previously, Colleen held the position of Marketing Manager at Pacific Lifestyle Homes and Garrette Custom Homes from April 2024 to September 2025. Colleen has also contributed to the Northwest Association for Blind Athletes as an Ambassador Board Member from December 2021 to May 2025 and worked at Watson Creative as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager from March 2022 to April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Coordinator at Ginn Group from July 2019 to August 2021, as well as positions at MacKay Sposito, starting as a Business Development/Marketing Intern and advancing to Business Development Coordinator and Proposal Specialist from June 2013 to June 2019. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, completed in 2015, and a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University, acquired in 2018. Additionally, Colleen is pursuing studies at Universidad de Sevilla.
