Nick DeGroot

Nick DeGroot has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Nick is currently working at Digs as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they were a Computer Vision Engineer Consultant at Digs. Before joining Digs, Nick worked at Streem as a T3 Software Engineer and a T2 Software Engineer. Nick also served as a Software Engineer Consultant at Streem, where they collaborated on a React project, deployed REST API endpoints, and trained a custom OCR model on AWS. In addition, Nick worked as an Intern at Streem, Inc. and served as a Technical Team Developer at Triton Engineering Student Council (TESC).

Nick DeGroot completed their high school education at Lake Oswego Senior High School, receiving their High School Diploma in the year 2019. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at UC San Diego from 2019 to 2023. Their degree program included a focus on Data Science and Cognitive Science, specializing in Neural Computing and Machine Learning.
