Jan Schafft

Jan Schafft is currently the head of innovation in vocational education at DIHK and serves as the spokesperson for the Wirtschaftsjunioren Deutschland, focusing on the engagement of the younger generation in the economy. They co-founded the NGO Ampion gUG and led communications efforts, facilitating the launch of over 80 tech startups in Africa. Previously, Jan worked as a PR and marketing manager for MDR, where they significantly increased awareness of DAB+, and as a PR manager for the European Young Innovators Forum, coordinating large-scale conferences. Jan holds a master's degree in political communication and is pursuing a degree in psychology at IU Internationale Hochschule.
