Daniel Urmann

Daniel Urmann has a long and varied work history. Daniel began their career in 2001 as an intern at General Atlantic. In 2002, they became a Senior Consultant at PwC, where they worked directly for a Global Board Member. In 2004, they moved to Cendant as Head Of Strategic Planning North America. From 2005 to 2012, they founded and ran multiple ecommerce firms, purchasing over 100 broken or underperforming Ecommerce firms and leading a team of 150 people to fix and sell them. Finally, in 2012, they founded diib and served as President/Founder. Daniel described this as the best job they ever had, expressing their love for the company and every team member.

Daniel Urmann completed their high school education at RHSM in 1994. Daniel then attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in History in 1997 and a Bachelor of Science in an unspecified field in 1997. In 2000, they obtained a Master of Business Administration from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, specializing in Finance and E-commerce.
