An EoDB healthcare pilot DIISHA stands for Digital Innovations & Interventions for Sustainable Healthtech Action. It leverages digital innovations and interventions to deliver various healthcare services benefiting the public, patients, and healthcare personnel. It demonstrates practically achievable digitalisation to enhance maternal healthcare, infectious diseases, chronic conditions, non-communicable diseases, and health system integration in low-resource settings. DIISHA is the future of Indian healthcare; delivering its prototypical architect to design, disseminate and deliver a technically upgraded and augmented healthcare service architecture, that can be ascertained, quantified, assetized, and amplified based on data-driven disease heat maps of population screening and testing; to deploy technologies and resources for care and control with precise and transparent population health management measures. DIISHA is funded on the PPP model, Digital Health Annuity Model (DHAM), making it bankable, viable, affordable, and easily implementable for the state and brings private capital investors to enter into 'Blended Financing' and invest in states' physical and digital healthcare infra to make it sustainable.
