Diligencka Consulting Group is the Fractional PortOps Bench for the lower-middle-market. The firm serves the buyers, operators, and founders of LMM service businesses through acquisition, integration, and transition.
Founded in 2010 as Diligencka Medical Billing and Services and repositioned in 2020 as Diligencka Consulting Group, DCG's client base spans the full acquisition and ownership spectrum: independent sponsors, search funds and entrepreneurs through acquisition, lean LMM private equity firms, and the founders and family owners whose businesses are entering a transition window.
DCG architects and deploys the operational infrastructure that bridges investment thesis and EBITDA realization. Fractional cost. Institutional output. Operator-led from day one.
Every engagement runs on the Neutral Operator Method, the firm's proprietary diagnostic and execution framework. The three moves are sequential and non-negotiable: Locate the Nucleus, Map the Interest Field, Stabilize Then Scale. The framework applies across sectors, asset sizes, and post-acquisition objectives. What changes is the content of each move. The structure does not.
DCG enters as a neutral operator, not an advisor producing decks. When the client is a GP, DCG reports as Intelligence Liaison and does not embed in PortCo leadership. The same operational neutrality applies when the buyer is independent or when the founder is the principal stakeholder. Engagements exit at System Closure: adoption criteria confirmed through direct observation of live operations, not self-reported compliance. The asset remains stable and growth-ready without continued DCG presence.
The framework creates pattern recognition in the buyer. The engagement delivers resolution.
