Amit Julka has a diverse work experience. Amit started their career as a Hardware Test Engineer at CeX Webuy.com in 2010, where they tested computer hardware, built and disassembled computers and laptops, and trained and managed staff. In 2014, they joined ICSA Software as a 1st line product support technician before progressing to a 2nd line product support technician role, where they became the primary contact for large clients and achieved 100% positive satisfaction surveys. In 2016, Amit became a 3rd line Product Support Technician at ICSA Software, coordinating with the development team, providing replication steps for complex issues, and ensuring clients were informed about the status of long-running issues. In 2017, Amit joined Diligent, where they started as a Senior Support Specialist, working closely with development teams and configuring the Zendesk ticketing system. Amit then progressed to become a Business Analyst at Diligent, working with FTSE 100 and tier 1 clients to identify business requirements, devise solutions, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Currently, Amit holds the position of Business Analyst Team Lead at Diligent.
Amit Julka received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Pharmacology from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Amit has also obtained several certifications, including Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis Foundations, Business Analysis Foundations: Competencies, and Critical Thinking, from LinkedIn in 2023.
