Andrew Glikman

Andrew Glikman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory roles and customer success within the technology sector. Currently serving as Lead Advisory Specialist at Diligent since May 2016, Andrew oversees a team focused on custom enterprise risk management and compliance solutions while advising executives on best practices. Previous roles include Advisory & Consulting Manager, Implementation Manager, and Client Success Manager at Diligent, where Andrew successfully managed project implementations and minimized third-party risks. Prior to Diligent, Andrew held the position of Senior Manager, Customer Success at ReachForce, managing a team dedicated to data-driven marketing automation solutions. In academia, Andrew contributed as an Associate Professor of Speech at Austin Community College, designing and leading courses. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Philosophy from Northwestern University, a Master of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric, and has completed coursework towards a Doctor of Philosophy in Communication and Media Studies at The University of Texas at Austin.
