David Adkins

Vice President, Customer Success at Diligent

David Adkins has extensive work experience in customer success and executive roles. David began their career at Martin Sales International as an instructor and instructional designer before moving on to Professional Software Solutions, where they held various roles and eventually became the Vice President of Professional Services. Adkins then co-founded Transcensus and served as President, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Professional Services. Most recently, they worked at Diligent Corporation as the Senior Director and later the Vice President of Customer Success.

David Adkins studied Industrial Design at Brigham Young University, earning a BFA degree. David has also obtained the certification for HDI Support Center Director (HDI-SCD).
