Don Reyes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, consulting, and technology risk management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success & Consulting at Diligent since October 2021, Don previously held the role of Senior Manager in Advisory and Consulting Services following Diligent's acquisition of Galvanize. Additionally, Don has led Extra Life as a Guild Leader, coordinating efforts to raise funds for BC Children's Hospital with over 500 members. With a background in technology risk at EY and significant roles within the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Don has contributed to various initiatives promoting cybersecurity education and improving IT governance practices. Don holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Information Systems from The University of British Columbia.
