Erin Pryor

Erin Pryor currently serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University, providing support for courses in Discrete Structures and Linear Algebra and Probability. Concurrently, Erin has extensive experience at Diligent, progressing through roles from Client Success Specialist to Content Analyst Manager, managing a team to optimize content ingestion and collaborating with clients and the Data Science team to enhance user experience. Previous roles include Quizmaster for Geeks Who Drink, Brand Ambassador for Humm Kombucha, and Social Media Manager at TT Marketing, among others, showcasing a diverse skill set in customer engagement, content management, and social media strategy.
