Franco Costa

Franco Costa is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in driving strategic account expansion and new business revenue, particularly in the Audit, Risk, and Compliance sectors across the APAC region. At Diligent, Franco served as Solution Sales Director, managing complex sales and internal expertise to enhance customer relationships within the ASX 200, Enterprise, and Mid-Market segments. Previously, as Regional Sales Director at Workiva and in roles at WithYouWithMe and Thomson Reuters, Franco focused on net new business acquisition and account development in industry verticals such as Resources, Energy & Utilities, and BFSI. Franco also has a consulting background from Slade Group and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney, along with admission to practice as a lawyer in New South Wales.
