Jayd Davies has extensive experience in customer success and administrative roles spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as the Customer Success Director at Diligent since January 2019, Jayd previously held positions as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes over a decade at Standard Bank Group from January 2007 to December 2019, where roles included Board Administrator, responsible for supporting administration and coordination of various committee meetings, and Support Officer, providing administrative support to Executive Committees. Jayd also worked as a Consultant, conducting manual audits on security files and assisting with the retrieval of security documents.
