Jim Willis

Jim Willis is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of North America Enterprise Sales at Diligent since October 2021, Jim contributes to a leading governance, risk, and compliance SaaS company that supports over 1 million users worldwide. Prior to Diligent, Jim held various leadership roles at Citrix from 2015 to 2021, including Canadian Country Manager and Director of Canadian Enterprise Sales. Jim's career also includes significant positions at Symantec, Pivotal Corporation, Blue Martini Software, and PeopleSoft Canada Inc., where responsibilities ranged from regional management to large enterprise sales. Jim earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Western University.
