Joshua Black

Joshua Black is an experienced editorial leader with a strong focus on ESG, shareholder engagement, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Editor-in-Chief at Diligent, Joshua leads a team specializing in delivering valuable insights for companies and asset managers. Previous roles included Editor-in-Chief at Insightia Ltd and Activist Insight Ltd, where Joshua significantly contributed to commercial growth and brand establishment. Joshua also launched the monthly newsletter for Proxy Insight and founded Vostok Cable, while earlier experiences include positions as an associate at Rollings Oliver LLP and an intern at acevo. Joshua holds a Master's degree in Russian & East European Studies from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in Modern History from the University of Leeds.
