Kennard Backman

Kennard Backman currently serves as the Regional Sales Director at Diligent, overseeing governance, risk, and compliance solutions for a global clientele. Prior to this role, Kennard held positions at OneTrust, initially as an Account Executive in Third Party Risk Management and later as a Senior Business Development Representative. As the Founder and Executive Director of Innovation Pros Inc, Kennard led efforts to develop future professional leaders through education and community collaboration. Kennard began a professional sports career in the NFL, being drafted by the Green Bay Packers and also playing for the New England Patriots and Detroit Lions. Kennard's career started at Boon Management as a Valet Manager following the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
