Michael Keaveney

Michael Keaveney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management, client relationship management, and international diplomacy. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Diligent since August 2023, Michael previously held the position of Senior Client Relationship Manager at Board Intelligence, managing critical enterprise client relationships. Michael's notable roles include Client Director for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics at The Conference Board, where strategic member engagement was key, and Director GB at the British Irish Chamber of Commerce, which involved establishing impactful trade initiatives between the UK and Ireland.
