Michael Lennard

Michael Lennard is an experienced Learning and Development Manager currently at Diligent since June 2022, where previously held roles include Senior Learning and Development Specialist and Learning and Development Specialist. Prior to Diligent, Michael worked at Vaughan Systems for 16 years as a Training and Recruitment Specialist and Master's Program Trainer. Additional experience includes positions as a Corporate Trainer at BBVA from September 2012 to March 2015 and at Avis Fleet from September 2005 to July 2006. Michael is currently pursuing a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design at the Digital Learning Institute and has completed education in Project Management and Learning Sciences, along with a degree from the University of Oregon.
