Nancy Massey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nancy started their career at Citibank Canada Diners Club as an Establishment Sales Support Rep for three years. Nancy then moved on to Microcell Solutions, Fido, where they served as a National Sales Optimization Manager and Regional Sales Manager for five years. Nancy joined Telus Mobility as a Business Development Manager, Dealer Channel, responsible for maximizing dealer performance in the Greater Montreal area. Afterward, they worked at Yellow Pages/ Pages Jaunes - Canada as a National Senior Manager, Client Services, and later as a National Director - Client Services. Currently, Nancy is employed at Diligent, where they have held several positions including Senior Customer Success Manager, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Director of Customer Success. Nancy is currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Customer Success for North and Latin America. Nancy has a strong background in customer success and a proven track record of driving market growth, client retention, and product adoption.

Nancy Massey obtained a Certification in the travel industry, with IATA certification, from First Choice Travel between 1986 and 1988. Prior to that, they attended Verdun Catholic High School from 1980 to 1985, studying Business Education.
