Nicole Baker

Nicole Baker, GBA, has a strong background in global compensation and benefits management. Nicole is currently the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Diligent, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the company's global compensation and benefit programs. Previously, Nicole worked at Ryan where they held various roles, including Vice President of Global Total Rewards and Senior Director of Global Total Rewards. In these positions, they led the development and execution of the firm's compensation strategy, implemented best practices in managing compensation structures, and developed strategies for managing the hybrid/remote work environment. Prior to their time at Ryan, Nicole served as the Director and Senior Manager of Global Benefits, leading the development and management of employee benefit health, welfare, and retirement programs across multiple countries. Nicole also has experience at Maxim Integrated as a Benefits Manager and Senior Benefits Analyst, where they managed global benefit policies, supported benefit transitions and implementations, and was responsible for 401(k) plan administration. Nicole began their career as an HR Assistant and later served as an Accounting Representative at SemiCon Precision Industries. Nicole holds a GBA (Group Benefits Associate) designation.

Nicole Baker, GBA earned their BA in History from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued History at the University of North Texas from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic background, Nicole has obtained several certifications, including a Group Benefits Associate certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in 2016, and various certifications in human resources and business intelligence from LinkedIn. Nicole continues to enhance their knowledge and skills by completing courses offered by reputable institutions.
