Nonie Dalton

Nonie Dalton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They began their career as a Junior Biologist/Data Tech at Archipelago Marine Research in 2000 and stayed there until 2003. They then joined Culex Environmental Ltd in 2004 as a Manager, a role they held until 2006. Nonie then transitioned into the technology industry, starting at Vision Critical in 2008 as a Product Specialist before progressing to the roles of Product Manager and eventually Senior Product Manager. In 2013, they moved to QuickMobile, where they served as a Senior Product Manager and later as the Director of Product Management. Nonie then joined ACL in 2016, initially as a Senior Product Manager in the Public Sector and later as a Principal Product Manager. They continued their product management career at Galvanize (now Diligent) in 2019 as the Director of Product Management and subsequently transitioned to Diligent itself as the Director of Product Management, Solutions. Most recently, Nonie became the VP of Product Management at Diligent in 2022.

Nonie Dalton completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria from 1994 to 1999. Nonie later pursued an MBA in the Management of Technology at Simon Fraser University in 2012.
