Oliver Windgätter

Oliver Windgätter is the Director of the Field Investigations Group at Diligent Corporation, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Oliver gained extensive legal experience as a Legal Trainee at various prestigious institutions, including the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany and the Botswana Centre for Human Rights. They served as a Senior Researcher at Universität Trier and Institut für Rechtspolitik, and held multiple project management roles at Steele Compliance Solutions, focusing on Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and the Asia Pacific. Oliver also pursued academic research as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Michigan and holds a degree in law from Universität Trier.
