Ramesh Rupalia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as Senior Customer Success Director at Diligent since June 2017, Ramesh plays a pivotal role in empowering leaders through innovative governance solutions. Prior to this, a significant tenure at ICSA Software from August 2002 to June 2017 included positions such as Project and Service Delivery Manager and Project Implementation Manager, where Ramesh expertly managed high-profile projects and client relations for ASX listed companies.
