Ryan Ho

Ryan Ho is currently serving as Legal Counsel at Diligent, where they focus on software services contracting, partnerships, and product counsel. Previously, Ryan worked as Legal Counsel for the Flynn Group of Companies, handling construction contracting and disputes. They gained valuable experience as an Articling Student at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, dealing with procurement and various areas of law. Ryan also completed internships at Ontario Power Generation and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission while earning a JD and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western University.
