Simha Reddy is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Dalhousie University. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Security Operations at Diligent, Simha has extensive experience in Security Operations, Incident Detection and Response, and various cybersecurity frameworks including NIST and SOC2. Previously, Simha held positions such as Senior Information Security Specialist at Galvanize and Assistant Manager of Cyber Defense at Invesco Canada, where they contributed to building robust security programs and practices. Passionate about achieving cybersecurity goals, Simha balances technical expertise with people management to enhance organizational security maturity.
