Sunila Menon

Sunila Menon is a seasoned professional in product management, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Diligent since September 2024. Previously, Sunila held multiple roles at PayPal from May 2019 to September 2024, including Head of Platform and Product for PayPal Enterprise Cyber Security, where Sunila led the establishment of a high-performing global product team focused on user-centric, secure payment solutions. Sunila’s experience also includes senior positions at RSA Security, where responsibilities encompassed product vision and strategy for RSA NetWitness products, and roles at RSA The Security Division of EMC, Wipro Technologies, and Vincity Networks. Sunila holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering and has completed additional training in pragmatic product management. Expertise includes security information management, network forensics, and agile methodologies.
