Tom Keaton

Tom Keaton is a seasoned professional in the field of audit and strategic business management, currently serving as Vice President of Business & Product Strategy at Diligent since July 2025. Previously, Tom held the position of Director, Internal Audit at Crown Castle from January 2012 to July 2025, where Tom excelled as a strategic leader in developing and executing internal audit strategies aligned with organizational goals. Tom's experience includes serving as Internal Audit Manager at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. and as Manager of Risk Advisory Services at EY. Tom holds a Master's in Accountancy and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, both from Kent State University.
