Zoe Tay

Zoe Tay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and customer success roles. Currently, Zoe serves as the Training Team Lead and has held positions as a Senior Training Specialist and Training Specialist at Diligent since April 2020. Prior to this, Zoe worked at LittleLives as a Customer Success Specialist from October 2018 to April 2020 and at honestbee in various capacities, including Order Fulfillment Coordinator Lead, from July 2017 to September 2018. Earlier roles include an Education Facilitator at DEL Care Edu Centre Ptd Ltd and a Customer Relations Officer at Manpower Singapore. Zoe began a career in education as a Teacher Assistant at Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) / Pathlight School. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a brief study at Zagreb School of Economics and Management in 2015.
