Ann Smith is an Operational Governance & Change Control Manager with over 30 years of experience in the Contact Centre industry across the Energy Sector and Entertainment/Telecommunications. Currently employed at Diligenta, they lead multiple key workstreams while managing a diverse team. Previously, they held significant roles at Sky, including Principal PMO Manager, where they developed portfolio governance and resource planning strategies. Ann also contributed to British Gas as a Planning Support Manager and Fraud Manager, where they implemented process improvements and stakeholder management practices.
