Carl Reader

Carl Reader has extensive experience in customer service and sales support, beginning as a Business Development Researcher at BCMS from 1994 to 1998. Carl transitioned to a role as Settlements Adviser and later joined BMW Financial Services (GB) Ltd as a Sales Support Adviser from 2005 to 2018, where responsibilities included managing dealer inquiries and explaining underwriting decisions. Following a brief stint at AA Drivetech in late 2018, Carl has been serving as a Customer Service Representative at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since April 2019. Educated at Fleetwood Grammar School from 1975 to 1982, Carl has developed strong skills in customer service and communication throughout a diverse career.
