Dan Lock is currently the Business Readiness Manager at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services. In this role, Dan is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of business readiness from discovery/design phases to delivery and post-implementation warranty. Prior to this, Dan worked as an Operations Team Manager at Lloyds Banking Group since November 1995. Dan also attended Mandeville Secondary School from 1984 to 1989.
