The rapid influx in the automation industry is resulting in an abrupt insistence for qualified engineers and skilled trades professionals.

An unfortunate commonality seen in the field today is focus on the quantity of active engineers over quality.

Dillon Automation is driven to fill the void between industry demand and availability of highly trained personnel.

We pride ourselves on the dedication and passion we put into our applications, while carrying out customer operations proactively and with transparency.
