Fabian also served as Commercial Manager and HR Consultant at Careerplus Group, contributing to key account management and client relations. Earlier career highlights include a six-month cultural backpacking trip across various countries and working as Chef-Croupier at casinos.ch, where responsibilities included staff management and event organization. Fabian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Zürcher Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften (ZHAW).
